Description
Silicone fluid (silicone) vacuum more uniform liquid composition and can withstand prolonged heating in air to a temperature of 150 ° C.
Advantages
- Minimized backflow: vapor pressure of a single-component silicone fluid is so low that the use of traps or traps existing cooling is no longer necessary for many applications
- Longer operation: thermal and chemical stability of silicone fluids allows them to work very long period without deterioration or contamination
- cleaning systems (filters), low maintenance costs low vapor pressure liquids at temperatures silicone retraction results in a reduction in fluid loss. The internal pump surfaces are kept clean; silicone fluids do not decompose and create a virtually trouble-free work environment.
- Fast circulation, reducing downtime, decreased frequent replacement fluid: silicone fluids coefficient recovery after exposure to air and temperature many times faster than the organic liquids. Time is saved between cycles due to the outstanding resistance of Dow Corning silicone fluids to oxidation and hydrolysis, which allows cooling without the vacuum pump.
