Description
7 OP-wetting agent and OP-10 represents light Buttery liquid or paste. Wetting agents are nonionic surface-active compounds (surfactants). It is readily soluble in water, have a low odor and slightly alkaline reaction. Prepared wetting OP 7 and OP-10 by treatment with mono- and dialkylphenols ethylene oxide.
Applications
Excipients OP 7 and OP-10 are products of processing the mixture of mono- and dialkylphenols ethylene oxide. Used as emulsiruyuschih wetting and surface-active substance in the oil refining, chemical, textile and other industries; one of the advantages is that they are easily subjected to biological treatment in wastewater.
