Vacuum Technology PES are ideal for use as a diffusion pump fluids, lubricants and working fluids in vacuum pumps, for example, in semiconductor fabrication. Also, PEF are used for compressors and valves operating in corrosive environments (halogens, gaseous acids, etc.), as a lubricant for centrifuges in the production of uranium.
In aviation, rocket PES can be used as lubricants in extreme conditions, for example, in jet engines, high temperature turbine engines and satellite devices.

In electronics PET can be used as electrical insulating fluids and coolants.
The low surface energy and high stability of PEF makes them excellent protection stone material, in particular for easily breakable limestone bricks.
