Description
Series lubricants Mobil Glygoyle ™ are high performance oils for gears, bearings and compressors, which provide extremely high efficiency lubrication and long oil life and reliable equipment protection. These fully synthetic, polyalkylene glycol (PAG) lubricants were developed for use under operating conditions beyond the capabilities of other synthetic lubricants and mineral oils. Low pour point ensures excellent fluidity at low temperatures.
These lubricants classes viscosity of 150 to 1000 ISO registered under NSF H1 and also meet the requirements of Section 21 of Federal Regulations CFR 178.3570 Office on food quality supervision and Drug US means for lubricants that may accidentally come into contact with food.
Advantages
- Exceptional extreme pressure properties and wear protection of critical parts and equipment units
- A high level of protection in charge of gears from micropitting micropitting
- protection against rust and corrosion during operation
- Resistance to foaming
- Excellent lubricity characteristic of fully synthetic lubricants
- low coefficient of friction, which increases efficiency and reduces the average bulk temperature of the oil system and
- It is a good thermal and oxidation stability that reduces the formation of sludge and deposits.
Applications
Mobil Glygoyle Series oils are designed for lubrication of worm gears, especially for those which operate under severe conditions as in the food and other industries. Products of this family also have proven to be excellent lubricants for various types of industrial gear and rolling element bearings operating under severe operating conditions. Furthermore, low miscibility with hydrocarbons makes oils of lower viscosity is particularly effective at compressing hydrocarbon gases. At the same time these systems a drop in viscosity slows down, compared with compressor oils based on hydrocarbons.
