Description
Oil K-17 manufactured from a mixture of aviation MS-20 and transformer T-1500 of oils with the addition of petrolatum oxidized, rubber SKB-45 and additive compositions.
Applications
oil K-17 is used for the long-term (5 years or more) preservation of products, including spare parts from ferrous and nonferrous metals, stored without the direct influence of climatic factors. Internal combustion engines without dismantling conserved: staffing decanted oil, disable filters oil pumped K-17, excess oil is removed. To enter the engine in operation is enough to fill his staff with oil. Preservation of spare parts is performed repeatedly dipping them into a bath of oil or oil brush grinding on the workpiece surface. In addition, oil K-17 can be used as an additive to sour gas turbine fuels (0.002% in oil). This significantly reduces the corrosion of the fuel equipment engines and increases the turnaround time of their work.
