Description
Grease VNII NP-282 – a soft white or light gray ointment smooth texture. Unlike grease SC-2-06 thickened with silica gel. According to the basic characteristics, properties and characteristics of greases designation SC-2-06 and VNIINP-282 close to each other, but SC-2-06 has the best low temperature performance. Grease VNIINP-282 is widely used in the oxygen breathing apparatus.
Applications
It is recommended for flexible rubber joints, due to the inertia of the lubricant to the rubber, in different chemical composition. Good viscosity-temperature characteristics, thermal stability, low volatility allows for lubrication at temperatures from -45 to +150 ° C. In other threaded and fixed joints remains operational to -60 ° C including oxygen.
Lubrication VNIINP-282 Front extremely aggressive environments (acids, amines, hydrazines, etc.). Grease VNII NP-282 is not prone to heat-strengthened. Lubrication VNIINP-282 has high pressure properties, persisting at temperatures up to + 215 ° C.
