Description
Lubrication ZOOM – a complex lithium grease, has a higher strength than the LZ CRI, better colloidal and mechanical stability, low percent volatility at high temperatures, lack of water and higher viscosity at low temperatures .
Advantages
- Lubrication ZOOM has a lower propensity for heat strengthening, has superior antioxidant, protective and anticorrosive properties;
- These parameters allow the wagon during operation about 2-3 times to reduce the wear of the bearing parts, which are the main cause of heating and as a result, breakage of the pedestal assembly, uncoupling the car to be repaired, etc.,.. < /span>
- Bench tests have shown that ZOOM is able to extend lubricant performance friction units at high temperatures up to + 150C.
Applications
After a bookmark in the journal unit lubrication ZOOM wheelset MUST break in !!! this is due to the higher viscosity lubricant at low temperatures.
