Description

ROYCO 560 development in gas turbine engines. With the engines with higher bypass ratio, higher thrust output and hence higher operating temperatures and pressures of the engine, this liquid showed significant savings in the form of lower maintenance costs and downtime.

ROYCO 560 vastly superior characteristics of the traditional type II (Mil-PRF-23699) of the liquid by a combination of a high thermooxidative stability with a lower formation of carbon residues. This results in better engine performance and longer periods between the MOH. Furthermore, this third generation oil, Royco 560 can use any older engines designed to run on Mil-PRF-23699 type fluids, so that even these engines can realize the same benefits in performance.

In fact, it has been demonstrated that the third-generation fluids such as Royco 560, may offer significant advantages compared to conventional oils in terms of service life of lubricants, engine cleanliness and reduce emissions.

Advantages

• Reduces maintenance costs and downtime;

• Reduces the formation of deposits for longer engine life;
• improves service intervals;
• Reduces emissions

Applications

Approval ROYCO 560 was approved for use in most aircraft turbine engines that require fluid approved Mil-PRF-23699. Furthermore, ROYCO 560 is approved for use in industrial gas turbines manufactured by Caterpillar solar units, General Electric, Pratt and Whitney, Allison, Rolls Royce and most other. Royco 560 Specific information about the Engine approval can be obtained upon request.
